Asterisk is a wellness coach, not a medical service, and this inbox is not watched around the clock. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number now.
Report a problem from the app
In the chat, Report a problem sends us your description together with your recent activity in the app, which helps us find the fault. The app then shows a short reference code; include it if you also email us.
Signing in
You can sign in with your email and password, or with Google or Apple. If you cannot get in, email us from the address of your account and tell us how you usually sign in.
Your data
For a copy of your data, use Account & Security → Privacy & data → Export my data in the app. To delete your account, see Delete your account below.
